Actually I got distracted by someone who wanted a bowl of shamrocks to send to Dubai. It's a long story not worth repeating. This morning at 8 am hail has just given way to snowflakes. It has been a fierce night of storm, northwesterly wind which is still blowing though less fiercely now. I took my pic from the bathroom window because I'm still wearing pyjamas. Maybe I'll venture out for another picture later.
Low tide 9.32 am 0.4 metres; high tide 3.52 pm 3.1 metres
The forecasts are better for next week, for finer weather at least. I still have to ask Zoe for wind and surf forecast links.
