A sunny day with variable surf - from tiny to 1.5 foot - it brought the surfers out and they're still out there as the sun goes down . . .

Swell is small - about 8 inches. Light south easterly offshore breeze.

I notice the bouys marking the summer no-car zone have been taken away. Good news for sand yachters and and kiters. The beach is clear now for a good mile long ride.
