A 2-3 foot swell, just in time for the Irish National Junior Championships on Rossnowlagh beach, starting this morning. The breeze is a warm 2-3 south southwesterly cross shore. The Irish Regional Water Safety Championship is also under way on the beach this weekend so lots of expert rescue to watch.
