A 3 foot swell with a force 2 southerly cross shore breeze.

Yesterday was the last day of Irish surf squad coaching - today is the Irish National Junioe Championship and further along the beach, the Regional Irish Surf Rescue Championship already under way. Lots of fine surfing and expert surf rescue as well as the iron man/woman surf rescue competition later in the day.
